I finished typing up the 410 Skills for the game.
The game has six characters.
There are six Jobs and each character can pick three to level up. Each has a maximum level of ten. Skills come from the leveling up of the Jobs.
Two Jobs make a Trade. Trades tend to give Skills that upgrade abilities or make putting your levels into the two Jobs a bit smoother.
Three Jobs make a Path. Paths are hyper-focused on their own thing.
There are six kinds of Skills.
Ability — These are used in or outside of battle and range from the basics like Cure to Magic Defense-shredding magic attacks against all enemies.
Passive — These are boosts that you equip. Some increase stats, some protect against elements, and some increase the chance of things happening.
Innate — Each Path has an Innate that is only available to it. It’s like a free Passive.
Upgrade — These are like Cure to Cure 2 or Cure All. Both will still exist in the menu and will probably have different costs.
Rank-Up — These are pure bonuses. Like a Passive may go from slightly increasing Enemy drop rate to greatly increasing it. Unlike an Upgrade, this replaces the previous level.
Here’s an example of the level up screen:

Since Celeste has leveled up Soldier, Guardian, and Doctor, she is now a Paladin. She’ll have the level one skill of each three jobs, then anther for Soldier/Guardian, Soldier/Doctor, and Guardian/Doctor. And finally, one for Paladin.
This gives twenty different Paths, with some overlap in basic skills, but ultimately different characters in the end.
