Double Cheese Sausage Muffin!
I learned two things from this experience.
One: They will not add extra ketchup or pickles to Special Edition burgers. Dammit, McDonald's. Why must you kill my joy like this?
Two: I don't hate pickles on a breakfast sandwich. In fact, I was quite delighted by the added crunch and flavor.
So, while this was nothing special — it's basically a regular sausage and cheese muffin just with double the meat and cheese — it did awaken something inside of me.
I like pickles on my breakfast sandwiches.
