Lenna’s Inception frustrated me at the end game. From the dialogue I read, I thought I could still get the best ending. I could not. I did some research, figured out what I was doing wrong, and then accepted the ending I got. To get The Good Ending, I would have to play the game again. I decided not to.
Months passed.
I had an itch to play something other than the RPG I’m currently playing, which is pissing me off. So, I spun up this game again to get The Good Ending. While the game was still fun, although not as fun as replays of Link’s Awakening, I didn’t care for the things I had to do to get The Good Ending. And then, the little content and actual ending did not feel worth the replay. It soured me on the game. This is unfortunate as I had left with good feelings the first time, except for the issues I had with the ending.
So.
I suppose I give them thumbs up for trying. But it sure didn’t work for me.
